This Privacy Policy explains how Enrilo Technologies ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit this website, enrilotechnologies.com. It also describes the choices you have and how to exercise your rights.
Our product, AcadTracker, has its own Privacy Policy published on the AcadTracker website. That policy — not this one — governs the data processed within the AcadTracker application, including the lead, student, and employee records that customer consultancies manage in the product.
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on: your consent (for analytics cookies and marketing messages); performance of a contract or steps taken at your request (to respond to enquiries); our legitimate interests (to secure and improve this website, where not overridden by your rights); and legal obligation (to meet regulatory and tax requirements).
